Do you do returns, refunds, or can you cancel my order?
No. All sales are final. We're unable to cancel orders once they are placed. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged/missing items if we're contacted via email within 10 days of receipt of package based on the tracking number along with photo and video evidence.
Why can't we take returns? Because we can't re-sell a backpack that your fur baby was in. Because you never know, and we wouldn't sell anything that wasn't 100% clean.
I got the bag and I actually want a different style. Or my cat won't go in it. Can I return it and get a refund?
No. All sales are final. We can only offer returns if your item is received broken and reported to us within 10 days of receipt as per your tracking number. We're happy to provide a discount code for a second order though, just contact us!
